Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GigStackSocial ("the Service"), operated by AYP Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service does

GigStackSocial lets you compose, schedule, and publish content across connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile) from a single dashboard, and view basic analytics on posts you create.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you post through the Service and for complying with each connected platform's own terms of use and content policies.
• You must have the rights to any content (images, video, text) you upload or publish.
• You must not use the Service to post spam, harassment, or illegal content.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize GigStackSocial to publish content and read basic account/page data on your behalf via that platform's official API, using the OAuth permissions you grant. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes that access.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Agency/Corporation) are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or violate a connected platform's policies in a way that puts our platform access at risk.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" during this beta period without warranties of any kind. GigStackSocial is not liable for content removed, accounts suspended, or reach/engagement changes made by third-party platforms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
