GIGSTACKSOCIAL

FAQ

Does GigStackSocial really post to every platform at once?

Yes — you write one post, pick the platforms and brands, and GigStackSocial fans it out to each connected account. In this beta build, publishing is simulated (saved to your dashboard feed) so you can test the full workflow before we connect live platform APIs, which requires each of us — you and GigStackSocial — to complete each platform's developer approval process.

Which platforms will be supported?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile at launch. Each platform has its own API rules and approval process — see the Data & Access page for specifics per platform.

Why isn't TikTok/Instagram posting 'live' yet?

Each social platform requires an app built specifically for GigStackSocial to go through their developer review before it can publish on a real user's behalf — this is standard for every social scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later included), not a GigStackSocial-specific limitation. We're using this beta to validate the product experience while that approval process runs in parallel.

Can I manage multiple brands/businesses from one account?

Yes — the Brand Switcher in your dashboard lets you flip between separate businesses (e.g. your DJ brand, your karaoke nights, your e-commerce shop) without logging out and back in, each with its own connected accounts and post history.

Do you post on my behalf without me reviewing it first?

Only if you want it that way. Every post goes through your composer, and you can optionally route any post through an Approval queue before it publishes — handy if you manage brands for someone else or work with a team.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can request full deletion of your account, connected-account tokens, and post history at any time. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Is my social media password stored anywhere?

Never. When live platform connections are enabled, GigStackSocial will use each platform's official OAuth login — you authenticate directly with Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/etc., and GigStackSocial only receives a limited access token, never your password.

What's the difference between the Solo, Pro, and Agency plans?

Solo ($19.99/mo) covers up to 5 accounts for a single brand. Pro ($39.99/mo) unlocks unlimited accounts, multi-brand switching, AI flyer generation, approval workflows, and venue-level reporting. Agency/Corporation (custom pricing) adds white-labeling, team seats, and API access for agencies managing multiple clients.
